Gloss Intermediate Calendered Vinyl
These PVC films are high gloss with excellent stability. They are soft in nature and will conform to curved or flat surfaces, which makes them superior for die cutting. These films have a very high-tack adhesive specifically formulated for banner graphics and lettering. These products can be top-coated for improved ink adhesion.
Flexible, premium high-gloss calendered film coated with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive with a 78# (white) Bleached Kraft release liner.
High-quality, interior and exterior marking film in decal applications for computer sign making.
CV300 will conform to curved and flat surfaces and is excellent for die cutting.
Excellent for banners, displays window decals, lettering, magnetics and promotional signage.
Not recommended for fleet, auto, rv or marine applications.
Contstruction:
Face Film 3 mil high gloss, intermediate calendered vinyl film.
Adhesive Aggressive, acrylic, permanent, pressure-sensitive. Not to be used with solvent based application fluids.
Release Liner 78# (White) Bleached Kraft

Outdoor Durability 5 years
Minimum Surface/Ambient Air Application Temperature + 35° F.
Application Surface Interior and exterior markings/decals requiring low cost and flexible products. e.g. original equipment markings.
Service Temperature Range 50°F. to +150°F. — Reasonable range of temperatures, which would be expected under normal environmental time and temperature conditions.  
Opacity Normal
Typical Film Caliper (w/adhesive) 3.8 – 4.2 mils
Chemical Resistance Good for most petroleum solvents and lower aliphatic alcohols. For ultimate solvent resistance, edge sealing is recommended.
Water Resistance Excellent: Test piece aged 24 hrs. after application to stainless steel panel before testing. Not affected when immersed in 70°F water for seven days.
NOTE: Always pretest your specific substrates prior to actual application.
Adhesion 50 oz/in.
Shelf Life 2 years when stored under conditions of 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
Sizes 50 yard rolls are available in 15", 20", 24", 30"*, 36", 48"** and 60".
Please Note 15" & 30" material available punched /non-punched. Matte Black available in 54" and not 60".
