A.W.T.'s Clean-Eze II™ is safe, convenient and affordable to use. You can free up employees to perform other work while this closed-loop system automatically cleans and dries your screens. In addition to reducing labor costs, Clean-Eze II™ also greatly reduces disposal costs by limiting chemical and solvent consumption. As an automatic system, it reduces human contact with cleaning chemicals and solvents. In addition to reducing labor costs, Clean-Eze II™ also cuts disposal costs. Designed for use with AWT’s Safe-T-Wash™ Low-Odor Screen Wash, or other biodegradable chemistry, Clean-Eze II™ allows you to recycle your screen wash — reducing ink residue for disposal. Solvents recycle through the Clean-Eze II™ closed loop system for maximum use of Safe-T-Wash™ Screen Wash.

This system also has no need for an explosion-proof motor because we use the latest technology in reciprocating rod-less pneumatic cylinder and pneumatic controls. Pressure nozzles move slowly and evenly, back and forth, ensuring the screen wash (in the sealed stainless steel chamber) cleans both sides of the screen at one time. Set the unit to spray as many times as necessary to thoroughly clean stubborn ink from hard-to-reach corners and mesh openings. Then you set your air drying cycle. Turn on for fully automatic cycling.

The Kleen-Screen™ Automatic High-Pressure Emulsion-Removing System revolutionizes the screen reclaiming process by automating both solvent application and high-pressure rinsing within a single, enclosed stainless-steel unit. A unique electric/pneumatic nozzle system provides two-sided coverage that coordinates precisely with frame-size settings the operator specifies. With the optional screen-positioning option, up to nine frame-size settings can be saved, significantly reducing setup time. The Kleen-Screen's closed-loop re-circulating system filters solvent for continuous usage, greatly reducing supply and disposal costs. The enclosed system also limits employee exposure to chemicals, which increases workplace safety.

Kleen-View™ Washout Sink and Stand is an essential component for maximizing screen room productivity. Designed for use with Power-King™ or other pressure cleaning units, Kleen-View™ washout stands are ideal for degreasing mesh, washing out emulsion or film and reclaiming screens. The translucent fiberglass back-panel utilizes daylight or artificial light sources to backlight screens, clearly showing pinholes, unexposed emulsion or residue. The extra-deep trough reduces back-splash, unit has built-in exhaust air duct. Heavy gauge stainless steel construction assures long life. Optional backlighting assembly is available at time of purchase only. Disassembles easily to fit through small doorways.
