Pro-Light™ 2 Vacuum Frame Exposure Units are extra heavy-duty and built for years of reliable screen production. Any number or type of screen frames can be used, from wood and aluminum to self-tensioning. The Pro-Light 2 can easily be locked in a 90° position for front exposing systems, a 180° face-up position for overhead lighting systems, or face down if lighted from below. Top-quality “live” rubber blanket maintains consistent contact between the mesh, positive and glass. Super counterbalance tension system allows for easy positioning. Screens are ready to expose in minutes. The Pro-Light 2 comes complete with heavy-duty casters for easy movement.

The Pro-Light™ 1 Series of screen exposing units with focused fluorescent or black light UV lights are equipped with a full vacuum frame. These economical systems use banks of focused fluorescent tubes to create an efficient and evenly distributed light profile. Featuring a 15-minute timer with automatic shutoff, Pro-Light 1 is easy to use for both beginners and pros. Non-porous flexible blanket, quiet vacuum motor and photo-clear glass combine to produce accurate copy transmittal and minimize undercutting. High output U.V. spectrum light source with 60 watts per lamp provides significantly faster exposure time than that of black lights. These units are excellent for 4-color process, long runs and any extreme detail reproduction requirements. Quicker exposure time (normally under 60 seconds depending on direct emulsion or capillary film). A.W.T.'s U.V. Spectrum lamps prevent undercutting during most applications.
